Unmet need

Just received the notification of assessment from BC Student Assistance Program. I was told, based on the education costs and my "minimum expected contribution" for next year, I have a negative dollar amount of "unmet need." And I'm eligible to receive$0 for my program! The bottom line is I am not eligible for financial assistance at this time. Yay! So far I've achieved 0% ROI on the 30 minutes I spent filling out the application form.
